Today at Howard's almost as bad as yesterday no snowbirds. Customer social skills 3 or 4 on a scale of 1-10 IE: Good morning how are you...blank stare, come on. On the way saw a woman run out on US 19 to save a turtle, nice lady but she could have been hit. What do you think?
